OBD shop is committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and service. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or
defective. In such cases we offer the returns facilities described below.
In the first instance please email us email@example.com in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation number, (RMA). Please type RMA Request in the subject line of the email and include your order number & a brief description of the product fault in the email. Please clearly write the RMA number on the outer packaging of any items being returned. All RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns not displaying a relevant RMA number or an expired RMA number.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost in transit. The customer should, therefore, ensure that adequate insurance cover has been taken out on any product being returned to us.

As UK business, you will be asked to return your item to UK, not to any other country.
